Famous Water-Car Plans
The term “water car” is used here loosely. Some of these famous designs claim to make a car drive on water, or nearly 100% water. Others are just great boosters of fuel economy, claiming to run a car on 70%-90% water. Good enough for me!
However, we do not have the funds to prove the validity of these plans. We have NOT written them either and we do not hold any copyrights to these documents or this compilation. Yet we feel that it is important to keep suppressed technologies alive, so even if you don’t have the time, space or skills to build one of these water cars yourself, please give/sell them to everybody who may be interested. Thanks!
By clicking the links on the disc you will have immediate access to water-car designs by at least a dozen inventors. Clicking a link opens a new window but it DOES NOT GO TO THE INTERNET – all the plans and information are right here on the disc (however, clicking a link INSIDE any of these documents may take you to the internet for more information).
Take a look at what's on this CD
Drunvalo Melchizedek (Spirit of Ma'at)
Mr. Melchizedek is not the original inventor, but has done a lot to promote a mysterious inventor who sent him these plans. Drunvalo was the one who opened my eyes to the wealth of information on water cars and water fuel technology.

Rudolph Gunnerman
Rudolph W. Gunnerman of Sacramento, California, holds a US Patent for his invention from the early 90's. It reveals his method to run an internal combustion engine on a mix of as much as 70% water and 30% combustible liquid fuel.

Joe Cell
"Joe" is the mysterious inventor from Australia, as documented by Alex Schiffer (shown) and others. The Joe Cell is hard to replicate and tune, but nevertheless has many experimenters who like it and report good results.
- Complete Joe Cell Guide - an awesome compilation of documents and rare tape transcripts by David Jacques, with many photos, high quality diagrams and recent updates from Alex Schiffer and other experimenters. (David Jacques is a great Canadian photographer, visit his website) Thanks, David!

Nitro Cell (D18)
The Australian "Nitro Cell" or "D18" by an unknown inventor. This "D18" design will not run a car 100% on water, but is an interesting and doable design. If you want to experiment with this cell, but don't want to bother with the time and expense of manufacturing the stainless steel parts - order ready made parts from the HydrogenGarage.com (look for anything that says "D18").

GEET--Paul Pantone
The famous GEET (Global Environmental Energy Technologies) plans and presentations by Paul Pantone. This technology has been reported to me personally as suitable for stationary fixed-RPM engines!!! The plans are detailed (and free to use as commented by Pantone himself below) so anyone with good technical skills should be able to build a working model, based on a lawn mower or portable generator:

Other Famous Boosters
Plans, designs and Patents from famous water-car inventors such as Archie Blue, Allen Caggiano, Charles Frazer and Charles Weber.
- The-Smack-Booster.pdf - an interesting design based on using switch cover plates...
- CharlesFrazerPatent1916.pdf - this is the oldest hydrogen-on-demand known patent FOR VEHICLE USE! Note the use of the term "Hydro-Oxygen Generators" used at the beginning of page 2 to describe the entire water-fuel industry. American inventor Charles H. Frazer filed this patent, number 1,262,034 on April 18, 1916 (the final approval was granted by the US Patent Office 2 years later, on April 9, 1918. He described the purpose of the device to be: “In this manner, a very low grade fuel may be used and by properly setting the valves, the proper supply of gases may be added to render the fuel thoroughly combustible.”
- CharlesWeberPatent1980.pdf - published in 1980, this US Patent may have turned into public domain. It is being published here with the hope that somebody takes it up and builds a useful machine. Notice the dome used to collect the HHO, and the cell cooling system.
- Australian-Patent.PDF - a water fuel cell patent, granted by the Australian Patent Office in 2005, to Robert Michael Roberts and Chau Kin Nam. Some relate it to the Joe Cell. In part, it looks similar to the devices shown experimented by Stanley Meyer.
